AI Data Privacy

Creation data means all information associated with a creative request. It includes, without limitation, prompts, input and output images or videos, generation settings, template choices, task identifiers, status, timestamps, other metadata and links to the creation. Derived files, previews, thumbnails and copies are part of the same information, rather than separate records with a longer life.

We handle that information to carry out your request and provide the result. For photos, Android's system Photo Picker lets you select the images to make available. Choosing a photo does not grant Fleyo access to your entire photo library. Only submit material you are entitled to use, including any necessary permission for a person's likeness.

A prompt or image can contain private information even when you do not intend it to. Leave out personal documents, sensitive details and confidential material that are unnecessary for the creation. Before using or sharing a result, check it for unexpected content and consider the rights of people whose information or likeness may appear.

The maximum retention period is 36 hours. It starts when the input upload begins, or when you submit the prompt for a request with no upload. The result, its metadata and every associated copy share that original deadline. Finishing generation, moving information or creating another copy does not restart the clock.

We delete the entire creation record across the systems we operate and processors acting for us. The scope includes all creation content, settings, task data, metadata, links and copies in databases, logs, support or report attachments, caches and backups. The deadline applies to this full set of information, not merely to media files or the generation server.

Independent app-user, financial, support, security or installation-attribution records can have their own retention purposes. We remove any creation content, metadata and associations from them by the creation's deadline. Keeping a necessary payment or security record is not an exception that preserves the work or a link back to it.

Download a result you want to keep while it is available. A copy that you export to your device or share with another person or service is outside our controlled systems. Our deletion does not remove that independent copy, and its subsequent handling is under your or the recipient's control.

Fleyo runs generation on self-hosted systems that we operate. We do not pass creative inputs or outputs to third-party AI generation providers. Self-hosting describes our generation infrastructure; it does not mean all generation takes place on your phone or works without sending the request to our servers.

The models process visual and written material to make images and videos. We do not use that processing to identify people through facial recognition, extract biometric identifiers or build face identity profiles. The presence of a face does not make a photo anonymous: it can still contain personal information, covered by the same handling and deletion rules.

Providers involved in website delivery, communications or Google Play billing have different operational roles. Adjust is used only for identifying installation sources through necessary technical identifiers and signals. It receives no creation data, support content or purchase events from us. These operational services do not perform AI generation for Fleyo.

We do not use any user data to train AI models. This covers creative inputs and outputs, prompts, creation metadata and the app, transaction, support and other records associated with your use of Fleyo. The commitment is not limited to uploaded photos or completed videos.

Submitting a request gives us the limited permission needed to process it, deliver the result and address a support or safety issue. It does not authorize us to turn the material into a training collection, transfer it to another AI provider or publish private inputs for an unrelated purpose.

The Terms of Service explain the rights and responsibilities attached to your material. You retain the rights you already have in what you submit; AI-generated results remain subject to applicable law and any relevant template or component conditions.

Fleyo has no registration or login requirement. Use Personal Settings to request deletion of the app user record and associated data, or email support@fleyo.org if you prefer or cannot access the app. An available app or generation reference can help us locate information; do not send unnecessary copies of private material. The routine creation-data deadline applies without a deletion request.

To report a harmful or infringing result, open its creation detail page and use the report option. This submits the report inside Fleyo without requiring you to leave the app. Support email is also available for an explanation or follow-up. Give enough information to describe the concern without forwarding illegal content or unrelated personal details.
