Email support@fleyo.org. Use a subject describing the issue, then explain what you expected and what happened. Include an available app, generation or purchase reference when relevant. Fleyo does not have registration or login credentials to provide. Never send Google authentication details, passwords or full payment-card information.

Describe support or purchase facts as accurately as you can, and say when something is unknown. This helps us investigate; it is not a requirement that your creative prompts describe real events. You do not need to include a private source image simply to ask a question.

Fleyo is being developed for Android and is Coming soon on Google Play. There is currently no public download link. Pricing and paid-feature conditions will be presented in the app; this website provides information and does not take payments.

In the app, open the relevant creation detail page and choose the report option. You can submit the report there without leaving Fleyo. Email is another route if the app is unavailable to you or you need to explain something further.

Describe what is concerning and include a generation reference or another available way to identify the issue. If the concern involves your work, private information or likeness, explain your connection to it. Do not send illegal material or unnecessary copies of personal content; a clear explanation is a useful starting point.

We consider reports when investigating concerns and deciding the appropriate response. Child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, threats and the other prohibited uses in our terms are not permitted. A report does not extend retention of the creation's content, metadata or links, including copies attached to the report.

Useful details include the device model, Android version, app version, approximate time, any error message and an available generation reference. Indicate whether the issue involved image-to-video, text-to-video, a video template or AI images. Tell us what step failed or how the observed behavior differed from the expected result.

A cropped screenshot can help, but remove private and unrelated information first. Do not resend a sensitive input unless it is necessary and support has explained why. Creative information included in a support attachment remains covered by the original creation's deletion deadline; contacting support does not create a longer archive of the work.

• Purchase help: include the available Google Play order ID, date and problem. Full banking information and Google credentials are unnecessary.
• Data deletion: use Personal Settings or send the request by email. You can begin without opening or reinstalling the app.
• Another privacy request: describe the information or right involved and an available reference that may help locate the records. We ask only for verification reasonably needed to handle the request safely.

A purchase enquiry and a deletion request can be handled together. If you have a subscription, stop renewal separately through Google Play; deleting app data is not a cancellation instruction. The linked pages explain what happens to paid benefits and what information can remain independently of a creation.

We retain only the support information justified by its purpose and remove creation information under its separate deadline.
