Purchases and Refunds

How purchase terms are presented, where to request help, and what happens to paid access when a refund is approved. Cancellation and your consumer rights are explained below.

Review the offer before payment

Fleyo is in development for Google Play. This website does not accept payments or publish prices. Pricing and included benefits appear in the app before you confirm a purchase. A lack of prices on this website does not mean that all app features will be free.

If subscriptions are offered, the purchase screen states the billing period, recurring price, automatic renewal and benefits. A trial, if offered, states its duration and the charge afterwards. Relevant usage-unit quantities, eligibility restrictions, expiry or reset conditions are also disclosed with the offer. These details depend on the offer you select; this page does not establish a plan or fixed refund window.

This policy covers purchase support from HDY REAL ESTATE, LLC for Fleyo. Store terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply. Nothing here replaces a protection that the law gives you or makes all digital purchases non-refundable.

02

Stopping renewal is a separate action

For a recurring subscription, use the Google account that made the purchase. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions, choose Subscriptions, select Fleyo and follow the cancellation instructions. Check the confirmation for the effective date and any remaining access.

Uninstalling Fleyo, clearing local storage or requesting deletion of app data does not cancel renewal in Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the subscription conditions; it is not itself a request to refund an earlier charge. These steps concern recurring subscriptions, not one-time purchases.

You can pursue a purchase problem and data deletion at the same time. An unresolved payment issue is not a condition you must clear before requesting deletion. Any necessary independent payment record is handled separately, with creation content, metadata and associations removed under the creation-data rules.

03

Getting a purchase problem fixed

Email support@fleyo.org about a duplicate or unfamiliar charge, missing benefit, failed paid feature or another purchase problem. Include the available Google Play order ID, purchase date and a brief description. An app-user or transaction reference may also help. A Fleyo login is not needed; the Google account used for payment is managed separately by Google.

An order reference is enough to begin an enquiry. Use correct information where you have it and say when a detail is unknown. Do not send card numbers, Google credentials or full bank statements. If a screenshot is useful, remove unrelated personal and payment information first.

We assess what happened and the rights that apply. An appropriate resolution may be correction of a charge, restoration of paid access or a refund. Explain whether a feature failed, differed from its description or produced a result you did not like, so we can understand the particular issue. A purchase concern does not require you to supply a sensitive creative file.

For a Google Play payment, you can also use Google's refund request process. Its rules vary with the product, payment method, timing and location. Follow the current guidance for the transaction rather than relying on a single refund period that might not apply to your purchase.

If a charge was not authorized, consult Google's unauthorized-charge guidance and contact us if it concerns Fleyo. Google or the relevant payment provider controls the method and timing of funds returning after approval. Our support team can investigate app access and transaction records but cannot promise when a bank will display the credit.

Approved refunds and the rights that remain

We honor refunds approved by Google Play and update the affected transaction and entitlement when the store's update reaches us. The access, unused units or other benefits linked to the refunded purchase may be corrected or removed. The adjustment concerns that purchase; it does not automatically erase unrelated purchases or consumer remedies.

If the store has approved a refund but paid access or the balance appears wrong, send the order reference and the relevant decision to support, with unrelated information removed. We can compare the entitlement with the transaction outcome. Questions about when returned funds become visible also depend on the store and payment provider.

Suspected payment manipulation, unauthorized transactions or deliberate duplicate claims may be investigated with proportionate protective action. A genuine complaint or disputed charge alone is not abuse. You remain free to question a decision and ask us to review the facts.

Consumer protections may provide remedies for digital content or services that are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed, and cancellation rights where applicable. We consider those rights when reviewing a purchase issue. A discretionary store refund period does not by itself replace or end a statutory claim.

Where digital supply begins during a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period, any required request, consent and acknowledgment of its effect are addressed at purchase. Reading this webpage does not obtain that consent or waive a right. Relevant protections can apply to consumers in the United States and in other countries according to the law that governs the purchase.

If you disagree with our handling of a request, reply to the support correspondence or write to support@fleyo.org, explaining what you believe needs review. Store dispute processes, regulators and courts remain available where you are entitled to use them.
